Yes you can do an exchange, simply mail back to item to us at 62 Ubi Road 1, Oxley Bizhub 2 #11-05 Singapore 408734. We will mail back the new item at a fee of SGD$10 for singapore delivery or US$30. To minimize error in sizing, it will be advisable to contact us at [email protected] if you have any doubt in sizing. 

No, the amount or cost of the item will not be indicated in the receipt to the recipient. Only the description of item will be indicated, but not the cost of item. For any special instruction, you can indicate under the message box! 

For engraving services, you can indicate in the message box when checking out.  

You can also email to us at [email protected] the words or number you would like to engrave with the preferred font. If no font is indicated, our team will choose the most suitable font for you. You will be contacted via email before we proceed with the engraving. There is a fee of USD30 for this service.

Depending on your mode of payment and local banks, it is usually deducted the next 1-2 days.

Yes it is possible to change or cancel your order if you shipment has not been shipped yet.

A confirmation email will be sent to you followed by a shipping confirmation email. 

There will be a link which you can click on to enter the shipping tracking number. From there you can monitor your shipment arrival date.
